CONDITIONS GENERAL OF SALES

Article 1: RESERVATION

For all Customers, reserved rooms and dormitories are made available from 3pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in the invoicing of an additional night's stay at the posted public rate.

Group conditions apply to all bookings of 5 rooms or more.

A group is considered to be any entity (agency, works council, association, club, etc.) of more than 10 adults who book a minimum of 5 rooms for which the price is paid in full.

Any individual or legal entity booking a stay on behalf of a group is considered a purchaser.

The purchaser is informed that the quotation / pre-reservation form available on the site does not allow a reservation with on-line payment.

To make a reservation request for a group, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly.

The price quotation issued at the buyer's request is valid until the date indicated on the quotation. It guarantees the buyer the proposed rate, subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

In order to confirm the reservation, the purchaser must return to the hotel, before the date indicated on the quotation, a copy of the quotation and the general conditions of sale duly dated and signed with the mention "bon pour accord". These documents must be accompanied by payment of the deposit.

If the purchaser changes the content of the program, the hotel reserves the right to modify its price offer accordingly."

Article 2: PAYMENT TERMS

1/ Pre-authorization

A pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of 1 EUR will be made upon confirmation of purchase in order to guarantee your reservation and will be released at check-in.

A further pre-authorization of 50€ may be requested on arrival at the hotel as a deposit, which will be released on the day of check-out.

2/ Balance

The balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival in cash or by credit card. Vacation vouchers are not accepted.

Article 3: CANCELLATION/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, supplied on a specific date or for a specific period.

The customer is therefore informed that he/she does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Any reservation, subject to receipt of confirmation by e-mail, is therefore firm and definitive.

However, cancellation conditions may apply depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking.

Depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation conditions may apply.

At the time of booking, the customer is informed of the cancellation conditions for the fare selected.

At present, there are two tariffs:

"Non-refundable, non-cancellable": as soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation amount is invoiced and is non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation, excluding extras, is debited at the time of booking.

"Flexible": cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, or if the customer fails to show up at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, is charged and non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.

Article 4: PRICES

Rates are expressed in Euros. The applicable rates are those in force on the day the reservation is made. Rates are increased by the tourist tax. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations, such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date of invoicing.

Article 5: EARLY DEPARTURE

Any early departure must be notified to the hotel reception by 4pm the previous day, otherwise the first night cancelled will be charged.

Article 6: BEHAVIOR AND HYGIENE

The establishment reserves the right to terminate the customer's stay in the event of non-compliance with:

- hygiene rules,

- the tranquillity and safety of other travellers.

Article 7: FORCE MAJEURE

The obligations contained herein shall not be applicable or shall be suspended if their performance has become impossible due to an event of force majeure such as, in particular: act of public authority, hostilities, war, natural disaster, fire, flood... The parties shall make every effort to prevent or reduce the effects of non-performance of the contract caused by an event of force majeure; the party wishing to invoke an event of force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the beginning and end of such event, failing which it shall not be relieved of its liability.

Article 8: CONSUMER MEDIATOR

After referring the matter to customer service, and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are given below:
