GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: RESERVATION
For all guests, reserved rooms and dormitories are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any delay beyond this time may result in the billing of an additional night at the published public rate.
Group rates apply to all reservations of 5 or more rooms or dormitories.
A group is defined as any entity (agency, works council, association, club, etc.) of more than 10 adults that reserves a minimum of 5 rooms, with payment made in a single lump sum.
A purchaser is defined as any individual or legal entity that books a stay on behalf of a group.
The purchaser is informed that the quote/pre-reservation form available on the website does not allow for reservations with online payment.
To make a reservation request for a group, it is recommended to contact the hotel directly.
The price quote provided at the purchaser’s request is valid until the date indicated on the quote. It guarantees the purchaser the proposed rate, subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
To confirm the booking, the purchaser must return to the hotel, before the date indicated on the quote, a copy of the quote and the general terms and conditions of sale, duly dated and signed with the notation “agreed.” These documents must be accompanied by payment of the deposit.
If the buyer changes the content of the itinerary, the hotel reserves the right to adjust its rate accordingly.”
Article 2: PAYMENT TERMS
1/ Pre-authorization
A pre-authorization for the amount of 1 EUR will be processed upon confirmation of the purchase to guarantee your reservation and will be released at check-in.
An additional pre-authorization of €50 may be requested upon your arrival at the hotel as a security deposit, which will be released on the day of your check-out.
2/ Balance
The balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival in cash or by credit card. Vacation vouchers are not accepted.
Article 3: CANCELLATION/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Any reservation, subject to receipt of confirmation by email, is therefore firm and final.
However, cancellation conditions may apply depending on the rate selected by the customer at the time of booking.
Depending on the rate selected by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation terms may apply.
At the time of booking, the customer is informed of the cancellation terms for the rate they have selected.
Currently, there are two rates:
“Non-refundable, non-cancellable”: Once the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is charged and is non-refundable. A security deposit equal to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding extras, is charged at the time of booking.
“Flexible”: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival time as indicated in the reservation confirmation email. If the reservation is canceled after this deadline or if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the first night’s stay, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the guest at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
Article 4: PRICES
Rates are quoted in Euros. The applicable rates are those in effect on the day the reservation is made. Rates are subject to a tourist tax. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes that could result in price variations, such as: changes to the applicable VAT rate, the introduction of new taxes, etc. The VAT rate applied is the rate in effect on the date of billing.
Article 5: EARLY DEPARTURE
Any early departure must be reported to the hotel reception by 4:00 PM the day before; otherwise, the first canceled night will be charged.
Article 6: CONDUCT AND HYGIENE
