GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 : RESERVATION
For all Clients, the reserved rooms and dormitories are made available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If this time limit is exceeded, an additional night's stay may be charged at the posted public rate.
Article 2 : TERMS OF PAYMENT
A pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of the first night will be made on your credit card 7 days before your arrival to guarantee your reservation and will be released at check-in.
The balance must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash or credit cards. Vacation vouchers are not accepted.
Article 3 : CANCELLATION
We offer you the possibility of cancelling your reservation until 11:59 pm on the day before your arrival at the hotel. After this time, the hotel will be entitled to charge you for the first night's stay.
Article 4 : PRICE
The rates are expressed in Euros. The applicable rates are those in force on the day the reservation is made. The rates are increased by the tourist tax. They may be modified in case of legislative and/or regulatory changes that may lead to price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date of the invoice.
Article 5 : EARLY DEPARTURE
Any early departure must be reported the day before to the hotel reception before 4pm, otherwise the first night cancelled will be charged.
Article 6 : MAJOR FORCE
The obligations contained herein shall not apply or shall be suspended if their performance has become impossible due to an event of force majeure, such as, but not limited to, an act of public authority, hostilities, war, natural disaster, fire, flood, etc. The parties shall use their best efforts to prevent or reduce the effects of non-performance of the contract caused by an event of force majeure; the party wishing to invoke an event of force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the beginning and end of the event, failing which it shall not be relieved of its responsibility.
Article 7 : CONTESTATIONS
After contacting the customer service department and if no satisfactory response is received within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are given below:
