\n GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE\nArticle 1: RESERVATION\nFor all Customers, reserved rooms and dormitories are made available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. If this time limit is exceeded, an additional night's stay may be charged at the posted public rate.\nGroup conditions apply to all bookings of 5 rooms or dormitories or more.\nAny entity (agency, works council, association, club, etc.) of more than 10 adults booking a minimum of 5 rooms for which the price is paid in full is considered to be a group.\The purchaser is informed that the quotation/pre-booking form available on the site does not allow reservations to be made with on-line payment. To make a reservation request concerning a group, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly. It guarantees the purchaser the proposed rate, subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.\nIn order to confirm the booking, the purchaser must return to the hotel, before the date indicated on the quotation, a copy of the quotation and the general terms and conditions of sale, duly dated and signed with the mention "bon pour accord". These documents must be accompanied by payment of the deposit.\nIf the purchaser changes the content of the program, the hotel reserves the right to modify its rates accordingly."\nArticle 2: PAYMENT TERMS\n1/ Pre-authorizationA pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of 1 EUR will be made at the time of purchase confirmation to guarantee your reservation and will be released at the time of check-in.\nAn additional pre-authorization of 50€ may be requested upon arrival at the hotel as a deposit, which will be released on the day of check-out.\n2/ BalanceThe balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival in cash or credit card. Vacation vouchers are not accepted.\nArticle 3: CANCELLATIONWe offer you the possibility of cancelling your reservation until 11:59pm on the day before your arrival at the hotel. After this time, the hotel will be entitled to charge you for the first night's stay.\nArticle 4: PRICES Rates are quoted in Euros. The applicable rates are those in force on the day the reservation is made. Tourist tax is added to the rates. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations, such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date of invoicing.\nArticle 5: EARLY DEPARTURE Any early departure must be notified to the hotel reception before 4pm the previous day, otherwise the first night cancelled will be charged.\nArticle 6: FORCE MAJEUREThe obligations contained herein will not be applicable or will be suspended if their execution has become impossible due to a case of force majeure such as, in particular: act of public authority, hostilities, war, natural disaster, fire, flood...
